Delete your Wishvio account and data

Fastest: in the app

Open Wishvio.
Go to Settings (⚙️).
Tap Delete my account and data, then Delete forever.

Everything is deleted immediately.

Without the app: by email

Send an email to info@zoonixgroup.com with the subject "Delete my Wishvio account", from the Google email you signed in with (or include your Wishvio user ID). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account (guest ID, and Google email/name if you signed in)
All your uploaded photos, messages and generated videos
Your subscription record at our payments provider and your notification tokens

What is kept

A hashed (unreadable) device identifier, only to prevent repeated free videos on the same device.
Reports you sent about videos, without your user ID, for safety reviews.

Important: deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
