Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Wishvio app, operated by Zoonix LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By using Wishvio you agree to them. Contact: info@zoonixgroup.com.

1. What Wishvio does

Wishvio uses artificial intelligence to turn a photo you provide into a short video with an optional message. AI results can be unexpected or imperfect. Videos are clearly AI-generated content.

2. Your photos and responsibility

• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, of people who agree (or whose parent/guardian agrees).
• You keep all rights to your photos. You give us permission to process them only to create your videos and run safety checks.
• You may use your generated videos for personal and commercial purposes, as long as you follow these terms and the law.

3. Not allowed

You may not use Wishvio to create or share content that:

• contains nudity, sexual content, or sexualizes minors in any way;
• shows or promotes violence, self-harm, hate or harassment;
• uses real public figures or any person without their consent, or is meant to deceive or impersonate (deepfakes);
• breaks the law or someone else's rights.

Automatic safety checks may refuse a photo or message. Every video has a Report button; we review reports and may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Free video and Premium

• New users get one free video (with a "Made with Wishvio" watermark). The free offer is limited to one per account and per device.
• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or monthly) sold through Google Play. The price is shown before you buy. It renews automatically until you cancel in Google Play, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
• To keep the service fair and affordable, there are reasonable limits on how many videos can be made per hour and per day.

5. Service changes

We may change templates, features and AI providers, and may stop the service with reasonable notice. We are not responsible for delays or outages caused by our providers or your internet connection.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Wishvio is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for content you create or share. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using Wishvio and delete your account at any time (Settings → "Delete my account and data"). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
