Wishvio ("we", "us") is an app that turns a photo into a short AI greeting video. It is operated by Zoonix LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This policy explains what data we collect, why, who processes it, and your choices. Contact: info@zoonixgroup.com.
1. Data we collect

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell your personal data.
2. How your photo is processed (AI)
When you tap "Make my video", your photo and message are sent from our server to our AI providers to (a) run a safety check (for example, to block nudity, violence, images of children in unsafe contexts and public figures) and (b) generate the video. We do not use your photos to train our own AI models. Our providers process the data only to deliver their service to us, under their own terms.

These providers may process data in countries other than yours. We rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.
4. How long we keep data
- Photos, messages and videos: until you delete your account (or we delete inactive data as part of routine clean-up).
- Account and subscription status: until you delete your account.
- Hashed device identifier: kept after account deletion, only to prevent repeated free videos. It cannot be used to identify you.
- Diagnostics and usage events: up to 12 months, deleted with your account.
- Reports: kept for safety reviews, without your user ID after account deletion.
5. Your choices and rights
- Delete your account and data at any time in the app: Settings → "Delete my account and data". You can also request deletion on our account deletion page.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it by emailing info@zoonixgroup.com.
- You can turn off notifications in your phone settings.
- Cancelling a subscription is done in Google Play (deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription).
6. Children
Wishvio is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you upload a photo of a child, you confirm you are their parent or guardian or have their guardian's permission. Our safety checks block children in unsafe or romantic contexts.
7. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Photos and videos are stored privately and are only accessible to your account through temporary links. Secret keys are kept on our servers, never in the app.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
